Once purchased, original drawings will be finished between 3-5 business days. For both originals and copies, shipping process will start after the drawing is fully packed.

International orders: It can take up to 4 weeks to arrive at the destination country.

For the US and Canada: It can take up to 3 weeks to arrive at the destination address.

Express shipping is always an option at checkout. If clicked, we will use the fastest shipping option available. This could reduce up to 2 weeks of your wait time.

So far, we have not encountered any issues as we utilize a professional international shipping service. However, should this occur, we are not liable for shipping delays. If the drawing does not reach its destination within 2 months, a digital copy will be sent along with a 50% refund. For exclusive custom orders, the refund will be of 70%.

Please note that refund options will only be taken into consideration if the courier is able to verify the failure of delivery (we will use tracking informtion).

Drawings are created on high-quality paper with properties designed to prevent deterioration. All utensils used have good quality, ensuring the durability of the drawing. Rest assured, your drawing should not deteriorate.

All sales are final, with the sole exception of customs retention (see question 3).
